BRAISED PORK CHEEKS WITH MUSTARD MASH

A high-point of Award Winning chef Mark Sweeney’s love affair with Greek food; these pork cheeks are carefully cooked until they melt in your mouth. Married with mustard mash, it’s a wonderful example of Mediterranean simple-yet-exceptional cuisine.

SLOW-COOKED LAMB SHANK PIE

A modern twist on a classic family favourite. Savour the way the very first spoonful releases all those beautiful aromas, and then enjoy every bite, wonderfully complemented by a generous topping of velvety-smooth smoked-butter mash.

FIVE BONE RIB EYE OF BEEF

Our beef comes courtesy of Aubrey Allen. Sourced from suckler herds in areas of natural beauty around the UK, it’s considered to be in the top 1 % in the world. Aged on the bone, it’s the same beef served to the Queen – cooked to your taste, of course.

BLACKENED SEAFOOD WITH PINEAPPLE CUCUMBER SLAW

An exotic combination from the wilderness of the Falkland Islands. This zingy, spicy dish tastes as exceptional as it looks, with a crisp, cucumber pineapple slaw that makes for the perfect fresh-tasting dish on a warm night.

ST HELENA FISH CAKES

Reflecting St Helena’s ancestry, fresh tuna, mashed potato and fresh herbs are mixed with Portuguese influenced spices. Pan fried, the cake is served in a brioche bun with lime and chilli mayonnaise – full of flavours warm enough to stave off the freezing South Atlantic.

FRUIT PIE

After a youth spent foraging ingredients around his Yorkshire home at his mother’s behest, Award Winning Chef Mark Sweeney recreates the classic Fruit Pie. Filled with choice berries from the local area, and delivering a sharp, sweet bite mellowed by our signature ice cream.
